{"start":0,"count":1,"data":[{"publicDescription":"<p><strong>Sr. Project Manager</strong><br>\n<br>\n<strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Manage multiple projects across the EPMO within the Banking industry.\n\t<li>Work with project teams and stakeholders to establish consensus on project scope, deliverables, and outcomes.\n\t<li>Plan, monitor, adjust, and communicate each project’s schedule.\n\t<li>Identify constraints and risks, then coordinate the resolution of complex issues.\n\t<li>Track, measure, and report on project status and progress.\n\t<li>Coordinate with IT resource managers and implementation partners to ensure each project has proper staffing during each phase/sprint of the SDLC.\n\t<li>Ensure project methodology, standards, processes, and procedures are followed throughout the life of the project.\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>8+ years of Project Management experience, ensuring project methodology, standards, processes, and procedures are followed throughout the life of a project.\n\t<li>Demonstrated ability to remain goal-oriented and action-focused, pragmatic, and self-disciplined.\n\t<li>Advanced proficiency in project planning, organizing, team motivation, and delegation.\n\t<li>Waterfall and Agile project experience.\n\t<li>Proficiency with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Experience managing projects migrating applications to the cloud.\n\t<li>PMP certification.\n\t<li>Banking industry experience.\n</ul>\n\n<p><br>\nThis is a 12-month Contract position with our Kansas City, MO client. Low-cost employee benefits, paid time off, paid Holidays, and a 401(k) (with an immediately vested company match) are available with TriCom during the contract period.  H-1B visa sponsorship is not available for this position.  No third-parties, please.<br>\n<br>\n#LI-BH1</p>\n","id":11702,"title":"Sr. Project Manager"}]}
