As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll process a high volume of invoices, match purchase orders and receiving documents, reconcile vendor statements, and assist with weekly payment runs. You’ll also research invoice discrepancies, maintain accurate vendor records, respond to payment inquiries, and support month-end accounts payable processes.

The ideal candidate will bring prior accounts payable experience, preferably within retail or another high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be essential, along with a collaborative attitude and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
