This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with a strong background in civil or commercial litigation who can independently manage case responsibilities and support attorneys through all phases of litigation.</p>\n\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Support attorneys in civil and commercial litigation matters.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assist with contract review, disputes, and related documentation.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Coordinate discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintain case files, court calendars, and critical deadlines.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Conduct legal research and organize supporting case materials.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Manage multiple active cases while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><strong>Paralegal certification, paralegal degree, OR 5+ years of paralegal experience.</strong></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Demonstrated experience in civil or commercial litigation.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Experience with contracts and contract-related legal matters.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and court filings.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Preferred Experience</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Commercial litigation and contract disputes.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Complex civil litigation and trial preparation.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a law firm environment.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Please Note:</strong> This position requires relevant litigation experience.
