{"start":0,"count":1,"data":[{"publicDescription":"<p><strong>Accounts Receivable Manager<br>\nLocation:</strong> Midland, TX<br>\n<strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br>\n<strong>Compensation:</strong> $80,000-120,000<br>\n<strong>Benefits: </strong>Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay, PTO</p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n\n<p>Connect Search is partnering with an established organization seeking an experienced Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee billing, AR, and electronic invoicing operations.</p>\n\n<p>This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, can effectively manage an established team, and brings a proactive approach to improving processes and departmental efficiency.</p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Lead daily operations across Billing, Accounts Receivable, and EDI functions.\n\t<li>Manage, mentor, and support an established team while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.\n\t<li>Oversee high-volume invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliations, collections, and AR aging.\n\t<li>Partner with sales, operations, and accounting teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing.\n\t<li>Manage electronic invoicing platforms and customer billing portals.\n\t<li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and strengthen reporting.\n\t<li>Support an upcoming accounting and billing software upgrade.\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>5+ years of management experience, preferably overseeing billing and AR teams.\n\t<li>Strong background in high-volume billing, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.\n\t<li>Experience managing tenured employees and driving departmental accountability.\n\t<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.\n\t<li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\t<li>Experience with OpenInvoice, GEP SMART, or similar EDI platforms preferred.\n\t<li>Oilfield services, industrial services, or distribution industry experience preferred.\n\t<li>Previous software implementation or system transition experience is a plus.\n\t<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.\n</ul>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p>Interested?</p>\n\n<p>Apply through LinkedIn or contact <strong>Meredith.Copeland@ConnectSearchLLC.com</strong> for a confidential conversation.</p>\n\n<p><em>Connect Search LLC | Direct Hire Recruiting</em></p>\n","id":55976,"title":"Accounts Receivable Manager"}]}
